Prices
Prices include breakfast, informative services and maps, sheets and towels. They also include the use of the airdryer, air-conditioning, Tv and internet wi-fi. The prices are “per room” and they can be subject to variation during holiday period (e.g. Christmas, Easter, New Year and Bank Holiday week-ends).
It is possible to add a third bed in your room from just 15 euros.

Check-in / Check-out:
We require our guest to specify the time of their arrival. In the eventuality that your arrival time should be different from the one previously agreed, we would appreciate a prompt amend.
The room will be ready for you from 2pm on your arrival day and should be vacated by 10pm on your departing day.
- Prices do not include the Rome Government Tax of 2euros a day.
